On a daily basis we marvel at how unique each animal's personality is, from the chickens to the horses, each one has their own unique qualities and charm.
Although the mares may not always agree, Rowdy is overflowing in the charm department! As the self proclaimed king of the barn, Rowdy definitely believes that all of the attention should be on him all of the time.
Before the barn was finished Rowdy and Penny shared a temporary corral, trying to give Penny any attention was nearly impossible. This was my unsuccessful attempt at grooming her as she was shedding out her winter coat.

Personal space, what personal space? 10 acres of fresh green grass, but Rowdy just kept inching closer and closer to Sadie!
He always wants to be where the action is...

All that personality can certainly get Rowdy into a lot of trouble, but we sure love our handsome boy!
